Customer Service Representative

- As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our services.
- You'll be a key reason customers can navigate their accounts, process transactions, and resolve concerns with confidence and ease.
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service while working with a dedicated team that values collaboration and support.
- Rate of pay for this role is $18/hour
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance with account information
- Take new applications and process payments
- Document customer concerns and update account holder information
- Perform account maintenance, including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
- Accurately explain terms, conditions, and policies/procedures relating to accounts
- Prepare reports, including CSR Daily Activity and cash out reports
- Proactively address customer requests with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Data Entry and Computer Literacy
- Positive demeanor
- Customer Service experience (Call Center preferred but not required)
- Strong attendance record
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel on public transport
- HS Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)
- Customer service experience of at least 1 year
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Data entry experience
- Call center experience
- Customer support background

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
