• Assisting in the coordination of office activities and operations
• Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.• Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry
• Experience with Direct Phone Calls, managing multiple lines, and routing calls to appropriate departments or individuals
• Familiarity with standard Receptionist Duties such as greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
