Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCustomer Service Rep needed for this mid-sized company, for 5+ months. Must be experienced with:
• Timely and accurate processing of customer orders (equipment)
• Ensure customer accounts are not in arrears before processing orders (keep a list of these customers)
• Assist in receivable issues (equipment)
• Invoicing equipment
• Bi weekly meetings to review all open projects based on equipment orders
• Maintain a current and accurate filing & record system
• Ensure vendor invoice matching and filing is performed in a timely manner
• Ensure CA sales tax is being applied correctly to CA orders and we are compliant with CDTFA requirements
• Ensure correct GL accounts are being used
• Maintain and update customer & vendor master
• Import and export customs clearance issues
