  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • 5+ years of customer service/inside sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes to customers, including lead times
  • Manage customer expectations and proactively contact customers about late deliveries
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Set up new customers in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Update CRM and log calls/activities in CRM
  • Email customers with shipping tracking numbers and monitor account portals for orders, returns, and quality alerts
  • Discover customer needs and order patterns, and follow up on quotes to grow existing customer sales volumes

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
