Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in LaPorte, Texas. This role is based 100% onsite and falls within the IT department of our organization. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be a vital part of our compact IT team, which includes a manager, a systems administrator, an entry level technician, and this open position.

Responsibilities:
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications within the organization
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Android applications
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Dell and Apple devices
• Work with Cisco and Citrix technologies to ensure smooth operations
• Handle configuration management tasks efficiently
• Maintain and manage Active Directory services
• Oversee and implement backup technologies to ensure data safety
• Provide technical assistance to the systems administrator and entry level technician when required
• Lead or participate in IT projects as necessary
• Ensure solid communication with all members of the IT team and other stakeholders.• Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues
• Demonstrable knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and their application in a business environment
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain Computer Hardware
• Experience with Dell Technologies, specifically their servers and storage solutions
• Proficient with Active Directory, including user and group management
• Comfortable with Apple Devices, capable of troubleshooting and maintaining them in a business setting
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies, with a focus on data protection and recovery
• Experience in Configuration Management, including the management of system settings and configurations.
