We are in search of a highly experienced, innovative, and strategic Permanent Marketing Director with a strong focus on Property Management / Real Estate in the Finance industry. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the property management and real estate markets, as well as a deep knowledge of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, social, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Lead and manage all PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Utilize social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Drive brand strategy to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of paid social campaigns.
  • Lead and manage the digital media strategy, including content development and distribution across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing director role.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with paid social, brand strategy, paid media, digital media, social media, advertising, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the property management and real estate markets in the finance industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
