Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPart-Time Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced high volume customer service representative for an internal project with our organization. This position will be educating customers on the services we offer and helping to get them enrolled. This is a 3–6-month contract assignment, working approximately 25 hours per week with a pay ranging from $20 - $22/hr.

**MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Make high volume outbound calls to a target list of customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role. (80+ dials per day)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PC OR MAC COMPUTER TO BE CONSIDERED.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
