Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chemist 1 to join our QC Lab team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks including logging in samples, preparing equipment and supplies, conducting chemical tests, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires working on the 2nd shift (2-10:30pm or 3-11pm) to assist the lead QC Chemist and run samples.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morton Grove, Illinois.

Work Environment

You will be working in a QC Lab with a team of 20-25 people. The position involves benchwork, report preparation, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment. Staying current in the field by reading literature and attending symposiums and workshops is encouraged.
