  • Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of customer service inquiries.
  • Process quotation requests by reviewing historical pricing and collaborating with the product line manager.
  • Manage all aspects of order processing, including new orders, returns, sample orders, credits, and debits.
  • Monitor and update backlog to align with customer requirements, including handling expedited requests.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment within established practices and procedures to determine the best action.
  • Foster strong relationships and build trust with both internal teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support.
  • Strong phone communication skills paired with active listening.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • SAP experience
