LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time direct hire position is fully on-site.

The Human Resource Manager will support leadership teams and oversee employee relations and performance management, implement change management plans, provide expertise and ensure compliance.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a background in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee employee relations, change management, recruiting, performance management and compensation management

· Provide expertise for compensation issues, evaluating HR automation software, and developing HR information systems

· Implement change management plans

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate policies and standards

· Assist with implementation of organizational initiatives

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· At least 5 years Human Resource experience

· HRIS experience

· Industrial background required; manufacturing environment experience preferred

· Strong conflict resolution skills

· Proven experience managing HR programs

· Understanding of in Continuous Improvement & Lean Principles

· Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
