*Job Summary*

As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive the team to deliver high-quality auction experiences.

*Responsibilities*

- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service

- Implement and maintain high standards

- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance profitability

- Coordinate auction events

- Recruit, train, and motivate staff for optimal performance

- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain client satisfaction
