We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in North Charleston, South Carolina. As an essential part of our team, you will take the lead in various administrative tasks within the marketing domain. Your expertise in graphic design will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing strategies. Your role will involve a blend of customer service, data entry, and digital marketing.


Responsibilities:


• Execute administrative tasks such as answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and corresponding via emails.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to organize data and create presentations.

• Play a pivotal role in inbound and outbound calls, ensuring smooth communication with clients.

• Apply your graphic design skills in devising innovative marketing strategies.

• Utilize Adobe Marketing and CRM Marketing tools to drive growth and inbound marketing initiatives.

• Maintain accuracy in customer credit records and ensure efficient processing of credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account activity.

• Assist in the design and implementation of email marketing campaigns.

• Contribute to the growth marketing initiatives of the team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Strong customer service skills and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with CRM Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Proficient in Graphic Design and Adobe Marketing tools
• Experience in Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing
• Ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective email correspondence
• Experience in Growth Marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
