Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining employee benefits programs...from A to Z.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Advising on benefit strategies by understanding employee needs and trends.
Conducting meetings with brokers to assess the quality of current plans and examining potential alternatives.
Handling matters related to FMLA, LOA, and Workman's Compensation.
Leading the development, implementation, and coordination of health and wellness programs.
Creating and coordinating Health & Wellness events.
Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
Effective communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
