About the Role

ProSoftware is a leading provider of software solutions for the PEO industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the team via system, Human Resource and Benefits specific business knowledge. They will also be required to resolve Benefit related Support Tickets, configure Pro Software, and share knowledge related to Benefits practices and process with the client and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Provide critical support to the team via system, Human Resource and Benefits specific business knowledge.
  • Share knowledge related to Benefits practices and process with the client and the internal team.
  • Configure Pro Software to work for customers and document and map customers' business processes.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of both Pro Software and the PEO business.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively, either orally or in writing.
