Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at ProSoftware.The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of both Pro Software and the PEO business, with advanced knowledge of Benefits functions. They will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively, either orally or in writing.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Provides critical support to the team via system, Human Resource and Benefits specific business knowledge.
- Resolves Benefit related Support Tickets and configures Pro Software to work for customers.
- Shares knowledge related to Benefits practices and process with the client and the internal team.
- Prepares and conducts user training, documents and maps customers' business processes, and identifies areas of opportunity for increased client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Requirements- A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- An in-depth understanding of both Pro Software and the PEO business.
- Advanced knowledge of Benefits functions, including Medical, Dental, COBRA, ACA, 401k, and other benefits areas.
Benefits
