Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in an analytics role with a strong track record of using data and analytics to influence business decisions.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in SQL or Python (Excel proficiency considered). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of dashboarding best practices.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience partnering with product managers or business stakeholders to leverage data in decision-making.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex analytical insights for cross-functional business partners.

  • Prioritization & Pragmatism: Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact, applying a pragmatic approach to complex problems.

  • Curiosity & Learning: Eagerness to explore new technical concepts and ask the right questions; domain expertise is welcome but not required.

  • Autonomy & Ownership: Experience working independently and managing projects with accountability from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in a business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field.
