Job Summary: The Service Administrator serves as the first point of contact for customers, promoting quality customer service and helping to increase business within the branch location. This role is responsible for developing positive relationships with key customers, assessing their needs, and providing timely updates on services or orders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact with customers, either over the phone or at the branch.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information to ensure proper service.
  • Create basic work orders in the appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide status updates to customers as requested, keeping them informed of service progress.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer service or administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other customer interaction tools is a plus.

Certifications (if any):
  • None required, but relevant certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
