• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Concur among other tools for effective HR administration
• Oversee auditing processes and benefit functions
• Respond to and resolve any issues related to personnel information in the database.• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Concur software
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Proficient in conducting Auditing and Background Checks
• Experience with Benefit Functions
• Knowledge of Compliance in Human Resources
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
