Job Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Medical Front Office Specialist. This position requires 100% on-site presence. This is a contract to hire position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks

  • Medical front office & patient check in duties

  • Verifying Insurance

  • Checking out patients - different for every patient (sending prescriptions, taking payments, scheduling, etc)

  • Shows patients to their rooms & review medication lists 

  • Heavy data entry 

Qualifications:

· High school or equivalent (Required)

· Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)

· Basic computer knowledge and math skills (Required)

· Strong communicator with the ability to connect with patients.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
