  • Program Execution and Analysis: Assist the Marketing Communication Manager with the execution and analysis of key strategic programs that help grow the Hispanic business and initiatives.
  • Integrated Marketing Communication Plans: Assist with the execution of integrated marketing communication plans that support annual marketing goals and objectives for Hispanic painter and initiatives.
Potential Projects
  • Reviewing Transadaptations of Voice Over Scripts
  • Participating in Live Voice Over Records
  • Reviewing Transadapted Creative Assets and Collateral
  • Assisting with Digital, Editorial, and Social Content Transadaptation Reviews
Qualifications
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work Monday - Friday during summer months and flexibility to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) with a school schedule.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and Latin American Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education and Experience
  • Education: Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Current Student: Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Level of Study: Junior, senior, or graduate school level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
  • Work Schedule: In-office Tuesday and Wednesday, with a third day working from home in Cleveland.
Other Qualifications
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and Independence: Ability to learn new tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage projects with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
