Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with a focus on digital marketing and analytics.

  • Physical Requirements: Adequate hearing and vision to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia’s search platform features, including redirects, synonyms, rules, boosting, and pinning.
  • Analyze and report on search data using Adobe Analytics to generate insights into consumer and market trends.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools.
  • Collaborate with various teams to better understand customer behavior and enhance their experience.
  • Work with merchandising, project management, and design teams to improve the overall shopping experience.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

  • Maintain acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, and professional conduct standards.
  • Regular attendance is required.
