Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Our client, a vibrant organization based in Arlington, VA, is in search of an experienced interim Facilities Manager for a 30-week contract. This hybrid role will blend on-site responsibilities with remote work, playing a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations during this transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Operations: Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Security Oversight: Manage and implement security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.

  • Building & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for building management, service providers, and contractors, fostering clear communication and ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate capital improvement projects, office relocations, and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Logistics & Administration: Manage office logistics, including space planning, office moves, and overall administrative coordination to enhance operational efficiency..

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with expertise in building maintenance, security, and project management.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.

Contract Length: 30 weeks

Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA)

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
