Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day communication with the Facilities Team and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Prepare weekly operational calendars and review property invoices for processing.
- Participate in Facilities Project meetings and update minutes accordingly.
- Work with contractors to obtain cost proposals and prepare vendor contracts.
- Prepare and submit monthly investor reports and perform facilities inspections.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and reports.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum three years of experience in commercial property management or facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
