- Prepare and submit monthly investor reports and perform facilities inspections.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and reports.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum three years of experience in commercial property management or facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
