Call Center Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently
• Process customer reservations accurately using specific software such as Ring Central and OpenTable
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and problems
• Communicate effectively with restaurants using a popular team collaboration tool
• Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions and reservations
• Handle additional customer inquiries including to-go orders, directions, and lost and found items
• Utilize multiple computer screens effectively to manage customer interactions and reservations
• Collaborate with team members in a close-knit, fast-paced call center environment
• Ensure all customer data is kept accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
• Monitor customer accounts and respond to any issues or changes.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Avaya CMS
• Ability to use various computer programs
• Skilled in using CRM
• Familiarity with customer service software
• Knowledge of About Time
• Ability to answer and handle customer queries
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Proven ability to assist customers effectively
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Proficiency in Ring Central
• Experience with Opentable
