About the Role

As our Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in managing BOH operations, developing high-quality dishes, and collaborating with our GM to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in steakhouse cuisine will be key in upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Steakhouse Excellence: Create a menu that highlights premium steaks and innovative dishes, reflecting our upscale identity.
  • Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled culinary professionals in a positive and professional kitchen environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure each dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Operations: Oversee BOH efficiency, including inventory, food preparation, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Work with the GM to balance menu pricing, food costs, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale to fine dining, with a strong focus on steakhouse cuisine.
  • Opening experience a plus
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
  • A creative flair for menu development with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, food costing, and BOH operations.
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
