• Handle various office equipment such as scanners, office phones, fax machines, and copy machines
• Display an eagerness to learn new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department.• Position: Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit sector
• Education: Applicant must hold an Associates degree or higher
• Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required
• Skills: Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Data Entry: Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Email Correspondence: Ability to manage detail oriented email correspondence effectively
