Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator based in San Francisco, California, to join our team. This role involves administrative tasks and requires a meticulous approach to managing legal documentation and client files. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing integral support to our team by managing high volumes of data entry and tracking case statuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and maintaining legal documents detailing eligibility for visa classification
• Executing clerical tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning
• Creating and managing both electronic and physical client files
• Monitoring and tracking the status of cases
• Distributing incoming mail according to established procedures
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Providing administrative assistance where needed
• Ensuring a high level of attention to detail and maintaining organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.• Possession of strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in the field of immigration law
• Demonstrated ability to provide administrative assistance, including the coordination of schedules, communication, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, including the ability to format documents, create templates, and manage mail merges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
• High level of discretion and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information handled
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
