Business Immigration Specialist

About the Role:
Fragomen's Business Immigration Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business while developing your skills and expertise in immigration law. As a key member of our team, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a passion for immigration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of immigration case types, client processes, and firm procedures.
- Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, and drafting.
- Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status and inquiries.
- Meet deadlines and communicate case progress, status, and escalations to supervisors.
- Compile and summarize large quantities of data for reporting to clients, managers, and teams.
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
- Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing or client-service-oriented role.
- Client-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalate case issues to supervisors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting documents.
- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel.
- Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and effectively collaborate with teams.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role takes into account many factors, including individual skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and applicable laws. A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00. You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.
