Administrative Assistant

We are in the market for a diligent Administrative Assistant to provide support within our organization. This role is located in Brooklyn, New York, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be crucial in handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining email correspondence.
Responsibilities
• Address and respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers.
• Manage and execute data entry tasks accurately.
• Maintain professional email correspondence with clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to accomplish tasks and projects.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as necessary.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented and records are maintained accurately.
-MUST BE BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN OR CANTONESE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.
• Experience with scheduling appointments in a professional setting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
