Job Details



Commercial Real Estate Attorney will assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
The successful candidate will possess a JD with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Experience providing effective strategies and guiding real estate developers, institutional investors, companies and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions locally, statewide and nationwide in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Experience working on all types of commercial real estate, from office buildings to industrial sites, shopping centers to mixed-use developments and residential subdivisions to hotels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Juris Doctor degree
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred or willing to waive in
