We are looking for a part-time Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing IT support to customers, installing new equipment, training users on new software, and keeping track of all IT related issues and solutions.


Responsibilities


• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance

• Providing comprehensive IT support to customers, answering questions and assisting with problem resolution

• Installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Conducting training sessions to educate users on how to utilize new software effectively

• Performing regular system maintenance, including updating malware protection devices

• Documenting all IT related issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing

• Responding promptly and professionally to IT questions via various communication channels such as email, phone, online chat, or in person

• Ensuring satisfactory service by following up with customers and gathering feedback

• Utilizing a range of skills such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, O 365, Jira Service Management, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suites, Network Printers, Basic Network Troubleshooting, and Basic Troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Android Development is essential
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is a must
• Experience with Mac Computers is needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft-related tasks is crucial
• Understanding of Active Directory is necessary
• Familiarity with Apple Devices is important
• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware is required
• Experience in Configuration Management is crucial
• Knowledge of Deployments is necessary
• Familiarity with O 365 is a must
• Experience with Jira Service Management is essential
• Proficiency in using JIRA is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is necessary
• Experience with Network Printers is important
• Basic Network Troubleshooting skills are needed
