Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on analytical equipment.- Calculate, prepare, and fill medical and specialty gas mixtures and pures using partial pressure and gravimetric techniques.- Analyze products for purity conformance to specifications.- Process cylinders for shipment, including painting, labeling, and preparing certificates of analysis.- Maintain all quality control records and other required documentation in order to comply with company, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.- Test and certify incoming raw materials for production.- Handle and load cylinders as required.- Participate in all required safety activities and maintain a safe work environment.- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

This is a fully on-site position in NEWARK, California.

Work Environment

You will work with a variety of departments like customer service and production. It is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Safety must be held in high regard as you will be testing chemicals. Some overtime may be required, but not a lot. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision if full time. This is an entry-level position, ideal for building valuable lab skills.
