Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including reconciliations, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
Review and process invoices, verifying accuracy and proper documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end closing activities.
Maintain organized and thorough financial records in compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in AR/AP, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus.
