Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a diligent Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be crucial in managing various talent acquisition processes, maintaining accurate records, and building relationships with recruiting partners. Your expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools, combined with your multi-tasking abilities, will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of our talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and audit job descriptions on Cyber Recruiter/UKG
• Regularly update the master recruitment report and ensure recruiters are adding appropriate details
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to establish enterprise-wide recruiting partnerships and maintain weekly correspondence with partners
• Manage the monthly sponsorship budget on Indeed and regularly monitor recruitment analytics
• Schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring leaders
• Ensure the organization's Career Page link is added to each job
• Post job vacancies both internally and externally
• Handle various other Talent Acquisition duties, processes, and updates assigned
• Maintain accurate records of compensation ranges
• Ensure proper approvals for new requisitions.• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Teams
• Demonstrated experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Ability to manage scheduling appointments and calendar management
• Experience with UKG Pro software would be beneficial
• Must have excellent multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Experience working within an HR Department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
