Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist in Belleiville, New Jersey. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling front desk duties and ensuring smooth patient management processes in our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating patient check-in procedures
• Ensuring insurance details of patients are accurately verified
• Handling copay collection from patients
• Utilizing various software like Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, Eaglesoft, and EHR SYSTEM for efficient operations
• Answering inbound calls from patients and addressing their concerns
• Managing billing functions to ensure accurate financial records
• Keeping track of patient charts and graphs
• Checking patients' details in the system for data accuracy.

This role demands a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using various healthcare IT systems is also a key requirement.• Proficiency in using Allscripts and Cerner Technologies
• Experience with Dentrix Dental Software and Eaglesoft
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
• Ability to answer and manage inbound calls efficiently
• Experience in performing billing functions
• Knowledge of creating and interpreting charts and graphs
• Experience in checking in patients and managing patient records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and respect for patient confidentiality
• Previous work experience in a medical receptionist role or similar is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
