As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our office, greeting patients upon arrival and bidding them farewell as they leave. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients both in the office and via phone
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the patient experience

- Welcome patients, communicate payment options, and provide follow-up instructions or appointment details
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Prepare daily schedules and patient records for the clinical staff
- Verify insurance details and liaise with insurance providers
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, faxing, and handling incoming packages
- Demonstrate genuine care and compassion for all patients, assisting team members with additional office responsibilities to ensure a seamless operation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or CareStack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of dental terminology
