As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our office, greeting patients upon arrival and bidding them farewell as they leave. A positive and helpful demeanor is crucial, whether you are addressing patient inquiries in person or over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for patients both in the office and via phone
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the patient experience

  • Welcome patients, communicate payment options, and provide follow-up instructions or appointment details
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, faxing, and handling incoming packages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dental or medical office setting
  • Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or CareStack
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of dental terminology
