We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a key member of our Radiology Support Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and in-person support to patients, physicians, and staff
  • Schedule radiology exams and communicate with patients and physicians to ensure seamless coordination
  • Process admitting documentation and import CDs of patient prior exams
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in various department locations within CMMC as needed
