Document Specialist

Shift: 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents according to company quality standards.
• Consistently deliver projects accurately and on time while maintaining PS+ standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines while ensuring error-free output.
• Achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting established standards.
• Meet company production standards by achieving the required Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate.
• Maintain optimal machine performance, including clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil. Report equipment failures using machine codes.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
• Communicate any issues promptly and effectively to the manager.
• Prevent assembly errors by keeping an organized workstation.
• Use a KODAK Scanner to ensure customer specifications are met with error-free results.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and typing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining positive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work demands.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to adapt to moderate to high noise levels in a production facility.
• Strong stress management skills to cope with high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for at least eight (8) hours a day and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
