About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Document Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the daily operations of our law firm.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage electronic filing for various cases, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Cover receptionist duties during breaks, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
  • A self-motivated individual with strong common sense and attention to detail.
  • Superior proofreading skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with digital transcription is required.
  • Knowledge of case management and billing software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
