Anchor Real Estate is seeking an inspirational and proactive Director of Growth to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead efforts in recruiting new agents, overseeing new agent onboarding and continuous training, and developing strategic sales plans to enhance productivity. You will work closely with agents to foster a culture of mentorship and collaboration, driving the team toward excellence.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of successfully managing and driving a sales organization toward high performance. You are a strategic thinker and a servant leader, possessing exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to motivate and empower others. You thrive in challenging environments and are committed to nurturing talent through integrity and resilience. While a previous background in real estate is not required, experience in leading teams and a passion for fostering growth and innovation are required for this role.

Compensation:$100,000+ (Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses)
Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead efforts in recruiting new agents and facilitate comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Training and Development: Oversee new agent training and ongoing development programs, ensuring that all agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at enhancing productivity and agent performance, contributing to the overall success of Anchor Real Estate.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Act as a mentor, advisor, and cultural ambassador, fostering a strong culture of mentorship and collaboration within the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular meetings with agents to discuss their progress and help them achieve their desired production levels through continuous feedback and recognition.
- System and Process Management: Ensure that agents understand and can navigate the systems and processes in place, identifying gaps and creating new training where needed.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about industry best practices for training, development, and growth, attending regular sessions to enhance professional knowledge.
- Community and Brand Growth: Engage in activities that promote the growth of the Anchor Real Estate brand, contributing to a positive community impact and building strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sales organization to achieve high performance and growth.
