Our hiring manager is looking for a highly skilled administrative assistant to support. This is a contract role expected to last 3-4 months, with the possibility to extend. The ideal candidate will have experience with board meetings, supporting executives, and have a can do personality.

This role is contract expected to last 3-4 months.

Pay $24-$27/hr. Fully onsite

  • Front Desk
    • Greet and direct walk-ins
    • Incoming calls
      • Screen and redirect to appropriate party
      • Respond to FAQs from list provided
  • Facility Rentals
    • Intake of applications from counter and email
    • Process applications, payments, and refunds
    • Ensure maintenance staff is aware and confirmed for reservations.
  • Administrative support
    • Receive and distribute correspondence
    • Prepare documents (from a template) and Route items for signature
    • Prepare and Mail notices provided by code enforcement and/or Community Development
    • Assist with printing of meeting materials and meeting room set-up
    • Misc. Document support (converting from PDF to Word, finalizing word documents to PDF, routing documents for review, etc.)
