Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for problem-solving? We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. This position will focus on working with client portals and making sure payments are getting processed. Strong communication is critical as you will be communicating via email through the portal as well as over the phone to help resolve any issues preventing payment processing. This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite and play a crucial role in our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process portal billing for accounts receivable

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address billing issues and inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records of all billing activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing

  • Experience with billing software and client portals

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
