We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. You will be mainly stationed on-site, working in a casual dress code environment with free parking available. Your schedule will run from Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities:


• Handling tenant inquiries by answering phones and providing necessary assistance

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing documents to ensure organized record-keeping

• Assisting the accounting department with various administrative duties

• Utilizing accounting software systems and CRM for efficient management

• Overseeing work orders and managing budget processes

• Implementing management system for improved workflow

• Managing accounting functions and ensuring accuracy

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems
• Ability to perform basic Accounting Functions
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Capable of Answering Inbound Calls professionally
• Able to handle and resolve Answering Inquiries
• Experience with managing and executing Work Orders
• Organized and efficient in Filing tasks
