Your Mission:

As our Assistant Grocery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire operation. From leading and mentoring a talented team to building genuine connections with guests and the community, your leadership will drive success. Key responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of grocery store management experience.
  • A proven track record in P&L, inventory control, hiring/training staff, and merchandising.
  • Expertise in cash control, payroll, and loss prevention.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and top-tier communication skills.
  • A people-first approach that fosters positive team culture.
