Office Manager

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
- Pay and record invoices
- Work in QuickBooks daily
- Input work orders in QuickBooks
- Work on and follow up on A/R
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services, office management or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience using QuickBooks (online or desktop)
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
