Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
  • Pay and record invoices
  • Work in QuickBooks daily
  • Input work orders in QuickBooks
  • Work on and follow up on A/R
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services, office management or other related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience using QuickBooks (online or desktop)
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
