Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with scanning and archiving documents
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
