Controller

As the Controller, you will be working closely with the President and will be a pioneering contributor to the future of the company by owning full-cycle accounting operations. You will have primary responsibility over all aspects of the financial close process, preparation of the financial statements and financial reporting. This opportunity is with an extremely fast growing healthcare company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the financial infrastructure, systems, processes, and automation to manage growth
  • Own the full-cycle monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close processes; prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
  • Manage all intercompany accounting and transactions
  • Maintain forecasting for financial and cash planning
  • Coordinate with external audit teams and tax specialists for year-end audit and tax filings
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls
  • Review, maintain and renew all insurances, business licenses, etc.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Additional ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
