Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Motion Control Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting Sales Engineers on customer visits, conducting product demos, developing expertise in our electro-mechanical product line, and applying advanced knowledge of servo, motion, and industrial control technologies to enhance customer machine designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Sales Engineers on customer visits throughout our territory.
  2. Conduct product demos showcasing our industrial automation, motion, and controls solutions.
  3. Develop expertise in our electro-mechanical product line, including servo motors, drives & controls, stepper motors, actuators, gearboxes, robotics, variable frequency drives, and more.
  4. Apply servo, motion, and industrial control technologies to customer machine designs.
  5. Determine customer needs, provide system design assistance, prepare quotations, and offer startup assistance.
  6. Investigate customer requirements, resolve issues, and expand product sales.

Requirements:

  1. A technical degree in automation, electrical, or mechanical disciplines is required.
  2. Exposure to electric servo, motion control, PLC, actuator, precision gearbox, precision rail, and robotic industrial technologies is preferred.
  3. Genuine interest in technology and electro-mechanical systems is essential.
  4. Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in automation technologies, industrial machinery, or robotics is desired.
  5. Must be a US Citizen.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
