Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare company for a Contracts Specialist to join their team


This role is fully remote, and about a 7-month contract.


Key Duties

  • Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors for the company and their subsidiaries
  • Provide the Contracts Dept. status updates on contracts
  • Work closely with stakeholders, executives, legal team, IT dept and procurement advising risk and developing mitigation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing the full contracts lifecycle (drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating)
  • Previous experience with vendor, SAAS, and healthcare contracts preferred


The salary range for this position on contract is $28-35/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
