Benefits/Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation surveys and analyze market data to determine competitive pay rates.
- Job Evaluation: Develop and maintain job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to ensure fair compensation.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and ERISA.
- Compensation Planning: Develop compensation strategies and policies to attract and retain top talent.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes and compensation adjustments.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update our HR information system with employee compensation and benefits data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits and compensation administration.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
